SPINDOCTOR SESSIONS

Dave Le Gris will be running a spindoctor turbo session on Monday 1st March. The clubhouse should be available from 20:30 with the session commencing at about 20:45. Come and find out more about the spindoctor way of training.

PRESIDENT'S RUN

This is one for everyone's diary, members and none members alike. The second annual President's run will be held on Sunday 2nd April 2006. The ride will commence at 09:30 at Wilford foot bridge and proceed to Mount Sorrell cafe, via Old Dalby. The pace will be steady and the attitude friendly.

EARLY SEASON TIME TRIAL SERIES

Dates have been announced for the early season time trial series at the West Leake circuit. Everyone welcome.Start time is 10:00.

Race1: 2 laps (10.3 mls) Sunday 5/03/2006

Race2: 2 laps (15.4 mls) Sunday 12/03/2006

Race3: 2 laps (20.6 mls) Sunday 19/03/2006

EVENING TIME TRIAL SERIES

The weekly 10.3 mile Miss Polly Time Trial Series commences on Tuesday 11th April 2006 with the last ride on 22nd August. Held on the usual West Leake circuit and starting at 19:00 from the lay-by near the Star Inn, West Leake.

The events are open to anyone, no matter what type of bike. Just turn up on the day. Entry fee is £1

SID STANDARD MEMORIAL ROAD RACES

The club is also organising a full day of quality racing on Sunday 16th April 2006. Two races are to be held on the time trial course at Kingston-Upon-Soar. Racing commences at 09:30 with a round of the Women's Road Series, followed by round 2 of the Junior road race series at 13:00.

These events will be known as the Sid Standard Memorial Road Races.

MAJORCA 2004

This year sees another visit to majorca from cycling clubs around Notts, week commencing April 19th. Mark Plowright and Phil-Gray-Blest are taking advantage of great deals from BMI baby and expect the cost of travel and accomodation to be in the region of £250. BEESTON OPEN 10 TIME TRIAL

The Beeston Road Club Open 10 mile Time Trial will be held on Saturday 8th May 2004. Please let Mark Plowright or Steve Custance know if you are able to assist in any way.
